What we collect, and why.

Kolemedia Pty Ltd runs kolemedia.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

If you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. If you email us, we receive what you send. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run the service securely.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you, to consider you for a role you applied for, and to keep the site running. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Our website host processes requests to the site. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form service, and email providers carry our messages. We share information only with providers that help us run the site and respond to you, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Applications until the role is filled, unless you ask us to keep or delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@kolemedia.com.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
